大限与流年的区别
本命盘提供较稳定的结构视角，大限和流年则用来讨论时间层次。大限通常覆盖一个较长阶段，流年关注特定年份。它们并不是取代本命盘，而是把不同时间尺度叠加到原有结构上，帮助提出阶段性问题。
大限：较长阶段的重点
大限可以理解为一段时期中更常被触发的生活主题和角色要求。它适合讨论资源配置、能力训练、环境变化和长期责任。由于跨度较长，同一大限中仍会发生许多不同事件，不能用一个关键词概括全部年份。
流年：年度观察窗口
流年把观察范围缩小到某一年。流年宫位、星曜和四化可以提示当年值得关注的问题，但不等于事件必然发生。年度趋势也会受到现实条件影响，例如经济环境、健康状态、家庭责任与既有计划。
如何叠加阅读
可以先看本命提供的长期倾向，再看大限是否强化某个领域，最后观察流年把注意力带到哪里。如果三层结构指向相似主题，可以把它列为优先准备事项；如果彼此不同，则可能意味着资源需要在多个方向之间协调。
避免时间预测焦虑

How to layer the cycles
Begin with long-term tendencies in the natal chart, examine whether the decadal cycle emphasizes an area, and then observe where the annual cycle draws attention. If all three layers point toward a similar theme, it may become a planning priority. If they differ, resources may need to be coordinated across several areas.
Avoid anxiety about timing
Statements such as “you will certainly lose money” or “you must marry this year” ignore choice and environment. A more useful interpretation might say that a year calls for closer budget review, clearer commitments, or better change management. That supports preparation without turning symbols into fear.
A yearly review method
Record three observable themes at the beginning of a year, review the evidence midyear, and note both matches and mismatches at year-end. A long-term record is more reliable than remembering only the statements that appeared correct after the fact.
