Terms of Use
1. Nature of the service
StarDestiny AI provides Zi Wei Dou Shu charts, traditional-cultural information, and AI-assisted interpretations. The service is for cultural entertainment, education, and self-exploration. It does not provide factual predictions or professional advice.
2. Eligibility and responsibility
You must have the right to submit the information you enter and are responsible for your input and use of results. Obtain appropriate consent before creating a chart for another person. Do not use the service to invade privacy, harass others, or conduct unlawful activity.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Bypassing security, disrupting the website, or sending excessive automated requests;
- Attempting to obtain server secrets, internal configuration, or another person’s data;
- Presenting cultural interpretations as medical, legal, financial, or psychological diagnoses;
- Copying the site’s design, articles, or code and falsely claiming authorship.
4. AI output
AI content may contain errors, omissions, contradictions, or unsuitable wording. Use independent judgment and do not rely on output for high-risk decisions. We may change models and generation methods for safety, quality, or capacity.
5. Intellectual property
Original website text, interface elements, and branding are protected by applicable law. You may save your generated chart and report for personal, non-commercial use. Third-party libraries and services remain subject to their own licenses.
6. Service changes
Early free access does not guarantee that every feature will remain free. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. If paid services are introduced, prices and conditions will be displayed before purchase.
7. Limitation of liability
